Thomas Lavigne and Richard Atwater Jr. have formed Choice Management and Leasing LLC. While focusing primarily on commercial property management and leasing, the services offered by the firm are diverse and include: project supervision and management, construction management and development, vendor selection and lease analysis.
With a combined experience of more than 50 years in the industry, both principals are enthusiastic about the prospects for the company.
