AvalonBay raises final beam on Avalon Exeter
AvalonBay raised the final beam on the Avalon Exeter on September 11th. Joined by vice president of development, Michael Roberts and David Gillespie, construction workers signed the last I-beam placed at the top of the project.
The $100 million Avalon Exeter marks the completion of AvalonBay's first luxury apartment development in the city at the Prudential Center.
The 28-story sustainable development designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects will have 187 residential units, consisting of studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes.
