Avison Young arranges leases for PA Consulting totaling 34,300 s/f

Tower Point, 27-43 Wormwood Street - Boston, MA

Boston, MA Avison Young’s Boston office has arranged two new leases for global innovation and transformation consulting firm PA Consulting totaling 34,300 s/f. PA Consulting inked a new 18,400 s/f lease at Tower Point, a contemporary commercial office complex located at 27-43 Wormwood St. in the city’s Fort Point neighborhood, where the firm will relocate, expand and consolidate its Boston and Cambridge offices. The firm also signed a new 15,909 s/f lease for its suburban office and R&D operations at 3 Middlesex Green in Concord, Mass.

Avison Young’s Kirk Weller of the firm’s Boston office and Robert Katz of its Washington DC location represented PA Consulting in the negotiations. James Brady and Tim Bianchi of Newmark Knight Frank represented Tower Point’s landlord, Northwood Investors, while Avison Young worked directly with Paradigm, the landlord of 3 Middlesex Green, for PA Consulting’s Concord location.

“PA Consulting’s two new leases in Boston and Concord demonstrate the company’s commitment to the Greater Boston area as it continues to grow its footprint in two of New England’s most sought-after submarkets,” said Weller. “The firm’s new Fort Point and Concord locations will provide efficient, well-located workspaces designed to drive collaboration and creativity, support busines objections, better serve clients and tap into strong local talent pools.”
