Avison Young has brokered a 54,849 s/f lease renewal at the John Hancock Tower, 200 Clarendon St. The Avison Young team led by principals Jack Kerrigan, Karyn McFarland and Steve Cook represented the tenant, Oliver Wyman. Avison Young vice president, Matt Twombly also provided brokerage support. David Provost, senior vice president and Philip Dorman, vice president, represented Boston Properties.
Located in the city's Back Bay neighborhood, the 62-story, 1.7 million s/f John Hancock Tower is New England's tallest building. The iconic tower offers 360-degree panoramic views of the Back Bay, Charles River, Cambridge, the Public Gardens, Boston Harbor and the surrounding areas.
