Dickason, Jamieson, Sullivan and Pezzoni of Avison Young represent Ivy Realty in $18.1m portfolio sale

Marlborough, MA Avison Young has negotiated the sale of Brigham Business Park, a 171,033 s/f industrial/flex building portfolio. 

Brandon Dickason, vice-president; Scott Jamieson, principal; Bill Sullivan,  senior vice-president and Jon Pezzoni, vice-president, all in the companies Boston office, represented the seller, Ivy Realty. The building sold for $18.1 million to a joint-venture between Lincoln Property Co. and Stockbridge.

“Since acquiring the portfolio in 2014, with Avison Young acting as its representative, Ivy has done a terrific job of transforming the park into an institutional-quality site with a solid tenant base,” said Dickason. “We could not be more pleased to bring this full circle with Ivy and, in doing so, execute another transaction with Lincoln Property Group and Stockbridge” 

Brigham Business Park is a 95% leased, three-building flex portfolio. Tenants include Ambri, AT&T, American Robotics, Couture Brands, and RS Hughes.
