A.W. Perry adds Kelmar Associates as tenant at 1050 Hingham St.

Rockland, MA According to Perry Brokerage, a full service commercial brokerage firm serving Boston and the South Shore, Kelmar Associates has leased 7,548 s/f of office space at 1050 Hingham St. Kelmar provides services focused on state unclaimed property issues. Rich Beal and Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage represented the landlord, A.W. Perry, Inc. and David Campbell of Cushman & Wakefield represented Kelmar in the lease transaction.

“Kelmar Associates looks forward to expanding its presence on the South Shore. With convenient access to Route 3, 1050 Hingham St. is an ideal location for our expansion,” said Michael LeBlanc chief financial officer of Kelmar.

“We look forward to welcoming the team from Kelmar ,” said June Cunniff vice president and property manager of A.W. Perry, Inc. “They will be a great addition to our professional tenant roster at 1050 Hingham St.”

1050 Hingham St. is a 40,000 s/f first class suburban office building located off of Rte. 3 at Exit 14.
