Residential Properties Ltd. completes $1.5 million sale

Westerly, RI Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) completed the sale of 25 Ayers Rd. for $1.5 million. RPL represented both sides of the transaction, with Mary Ann Lisi as the listing agent and Lynn Leffray as the selling agent. Both Lisi and Leffray are sales associates with RPL’s Narragansett office.

The renovated shingled cottage is situated on a hillside overlooking both Quonochontaug Pond and Long Island Sound. The home is a true seaside property with an outdoor shower and a shared dock plus a mooring.

Inside, there are a total of three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, plus an office and two car garage.

The listing agent, Mary Ann Lisi, is an annual multi-million dollar producer and a proud recipient of a Kent Washington Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Gold Award. Among the earliest Realtors® to receive a “Green” designation, Lisi represents both buyers and sellers, while specializing in the luxury real estate market, including oceanfront homes, historic and antique properties, country estates, and vacation homes.

The selling agent, Lynn Leffray, has been in real estate since 2003 and prides herself on her ability to understand and fulfill her client’s requirements. Lynn knows that every buyer’s needs are different, so she enjoys matching her clients with a one-of-a-kind property.
