Manchester, NH SVN | Masiello has completed the sale of 246 Main St. The 12-unit, 10,755 s/f building sits on .11 acres on the west side of the city. 246 Main St. sold to 246 Main Street LLC for $1.275 million. 

Matthew Bacon and Cassandra Farley of SVN Masiello Commercial represented the seller. The buyer, 246 Main Street LLC, represented themselves. The property generated substantial interest and was sold for a high price per unit, showing the strength of the Manchester multifamily market in these unique times, as well as the desirability of having large floor plans with 3 bedrooms each.
