Baldwin Pearson and Vidal/Wettenstein broker NMC lease
Norwalk Marine Contractors, presently located in Norwalk, will be relocating to Access Rd. NMC is owned by Skip Gardella. Olson Steel which has been at Access Rd. since 1969 will continue to occupy a portion of the shop space and office area.
The transaction was negotiated by George Shawah Jr. of Baldwin Pearson Company and Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR of Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC.
