Baldwin Realty Group completes 6,000 s/f lease to Meridian Custom Woodworking
Tony Baldwin, CCIM, of Baldwin Realty Group recently completed a 6,000 s/f lease at 443 Summer St., unit 2. Meridian Custom Woodworking leased the space from George Millett. Baldwin was able to quickly procure tenant and negotiate terms in less than 30 days. Meridian is an established company who relocated.
