KS Partners appoints Jones Lang LaSalle's DeSimone and Giffune leasing agents for 268,883 s/f Metrowest portfolio

KS Partners LLC has named Jones Lang LaSalle's (JLL) leasing team of managing director Phil DeSimone and assistant vice president Matthew Giffune exclusive agents for their 268,883 s/f Metrowest portfolio. JLL was appointed to lease these five first class office and R&D buildings in Greater Boston: 115 and 117 Flanders Rd. and 2200 West Park Dr. in Westborough, 333 and 337 Turnpike Rd. in Southborough. All of the buildings are located on or near Rte. 9 within minutes of the Mass Pke. 115 Flanders is a two-story 65,000 s/f office/R&D facility ½-mile from the intersection of I-495 and Rte. 9. It features a recently renovated two-story atrium lobby, and a climate control energy management system. 2200 West Park Dr. is a four-story 75,000 s/f office building in Westborough Office Park at the I-495 and Rte. 9 interchange. Recent capital improvements include a new entrance leading to a four-story atrium lobby, high end interior finishes, oversized windows, and redundant fiber optics. The two-story 39,000 s/f office/R&D buildings at 333 and 337 Turnpike Road are located directly on Rte. 9. Current tenants in the buildings include: Boston Power, Sidera Networks, Arris Becker College, and Clark University.
