Balletto and Perun of Northeast Private Client Group complete $15.275m sale of The Kennedy Building

Meriden, CT Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) has completed the $15.275 million sale of The Kennedy Building. Managing director Brad Balletto and senior vice president, investments Taylor Perun represented the seller in the transaction.

The Kennedy Building is a 139-unit multifamily property. The unit mix is comprised of 135 apartments, an onsite leasing suite and three commercial suites. Since 2019 the seller has invested significant capital improvements, including unit and common area upgrades, exterior/site repairs, roof, window, and parking lot replacement.

The Kennedy Building represents one of the largest multifamily transactions in the local market in recent years, offering the buyer a significant presence in a well-positioned central Connecticut submarket.
