This award was determined by 2020 total dollar volume for investment sales, total square footage for leasing deals, and total number of transactions.

In 2020, Balletto’s transaction volume totaled $154 million in 21 transactions. Since joining the firm he has closed hundreds of transactions totaling more than $1 billion in sales. Balletto has also been recognized as the CoStar Power Broker Top Sales Broker Award in 2015, 2017, 2019, 2020.
