Balletto of Northeast Private Client Group receives Connect Media’s 2021 Annual Top Broker Award

Shelton, CT According to Northeast Private Client Group, Brad Balletto, vice president of investments, has been awarded the 2021 annual Top Broker Award in the Boston and New England region by Connect Media. This award was determined by 2020 total dollar volume for investment sales, total square footage for leasing deals, and total number of transactions.

In 2020, Balletto’s transaction volume totaled $154 million in 21 transactions. Since joining the firm he has closed hundreds of transactions totaling more than $1 billion in sales. Balletto has also been recognized as the CoStar Power Broker Top Sales Broker Award in 2015, 2017, 2019, 2020.
