The Stubblebine Co. and CBRE arranges a 84,029 s/f lease to Tighe Warehousing at 100 Adams Road, Clinton MA
Clinton, MA David Stubblebine and James Stubblebine, principals, and Alan Ringuette and David Skinner, senior advisors at The Stubblebine Company and James Lipscomb and Joe Fabiano of CBRE, arranged a 84,029 s/f lease to Tighe Warehousing and Distribution, Inc. at 100 Adams Rd. The Stubblebine Co. represented the landlord, a venture between Marcus Partners and Northbridge Partners, and CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.
Ensconced in a vibrant industrial marketplace 15 minutes from Worcester, 100 Adams Rd. is a world-class distribution building situated on over 20 acres. This 355,000 s/f property offers loading docks, parking, heavy power and 32’ clear height.
