Bangert of RHYS Commercial leases 4,500 s/f to Securitas Security
RHYS Commercial has recently brokered a lease with Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. for approximately 4,500 s/f of office space at 30 Oak St.
Represented by Christian Bangert, vice president of RHYS Commercial, Securitas, a long time tenant in the building, used this opportunity in the marketplace to renegotiate its lease terms, while also receiving sufficient contributions from the landlord in order to create a more updated and efficient work space.
