Carlson and Lash of RFR Realty lease 19,387 s/f at Canterbury Green

According to RFR Realty, the international law firm of Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP (EAPD) has leased 19,387 s/f for a 10-year term at Canterbury Green, a 224,000 s/f office building located at 201 Broad St.
The Boston-headquartered AmLaw 100 firm will relocate from within the RFR portfolio, moving from Three Stamford Plaza to the entire 11th and part of 12th floors of Canterbury Green in early September.
"We are delighted to be able to relocate within the RFR portfolio," said Barry Kramer, partner-in-charge of EAPD's Stamford office. "It is essential for us to be able to move quickly and without interruption. RFR was completely sensitive to our needs in getting the deal completed in an efficient manner."
Margaret Carlson and Steve Lash of RFR Realty represented the property owner in the transaction negotiations. Steve Baker of Cushman & Wakefield represented EAPD.
Canterbury Green is a 14-story, Class A office property that defines Stamford's skyline with its classic gothic peaks and arches. At plaza-level, its walkways with seating areas surround a lawn, garden and fountain. Located one block from Stamford Town Center, Canterbury Green offers access to I-95 and the Merritt Pkwy. The building's floor plates range from 16,000 to 24,000 s/f. On-site amenities include a fitness center, café, underground parking garage, and private shuttle to the train station.
RFR Realty owns and manages seven Class A Stamford office buildings totaling 1.8 million s/f.
