Baraldi joins JLL Construction
Stephen Baraldi, JLL ConstructionBoston, MA Stephen Baraldi has joined JLL Construction as a construction manager. Baraldi is a veteran of the construction industry with over 30 years of experience throughout New England and the Washington, DC area.
Most recently, Baraldi worked as a construction manager/general contractor where he focused on retail stores throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine including Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Staples. Prior to that, he was a construction manager for Boston Properties where he was involved in a number of high profile projects throughout Cambridge and Washington, DC, including the $100 million ground-up construction of the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building.
Baraldi attended the Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology and holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License. With this addition, the JLL Construction group in New England is now comprised of 30 construction management professionals.
