Barber and Backes of H. Pearce Commercial broker $415,000 sale
According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Phil Barber and Ted Backes listed and sold 37 Academy St. to 150 North Main LLC for $415,000. The building was a prominent developer's home for years and later was converted to a 5-unit apartment. A residential building lot was also established on the vacant land.
