Cranberry Hill Estates - Shelton, CT

Early sales success at Shelton's Cranberry Hill Estates has accelerated the start of Phase 2 construction at the Armstrong Rd. community, according to John Tarducci, senior vice president of the New Homes Division at William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance.
The community of 40 traditionally-styled, Colonial farmhouses is selling at a brisk pace, Tarducci said. Only two of the 11 homes in Phase 1 remain unsold. Phase 2 construction of 12 more homes has just begun and several homes there have already been sold.
Tarducci credits the robust sales to Cranberry Hill Estates' unique blend of traditional style, energy-conserving systems and luxury amenities. The homes feature state of the art kitchens, walk-in master closets, gas fireplaces and oak floors, along with generous use of high-end materials like marble, stainless steel and custom paneling.
Each home features energy-efficient gas heating, two-zone central air conditioning, and maintenance-free exteriors.
The community is being built by father-and-son team Tom and Shaun Nettleton. William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance is marketing agent.
