31 Boylston Street - Brookline, MABrookline, MA A 12,000 s/f, two level retail building sold at 31 Boylston St. for $4.3 million.
Craig Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors represented the owner, The John Jacobson Realty Trust and Rodney Sinclair of Premier Properties of New England represented the Little Children Schoolhouse. The property is located on Rte. 9 in Brookline Village.
