Tito and Barroso of NAI Hunneman broker $2.5 million sale

135-149 Huron Avenue - Cambridge, MA

Cambridge, MA NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, brokered the $2.5 million sale of 135-149 Huron Ave., a 7,500 gross s/f boutique retail strip, that was 100% occupied at the time of the sale.

Executive vice president Robert Tito and assistant vice president Gina Barroso represented the seller Jerome 149, LLC out of Mystic, Conn., and procured the buyer, RCG, LLC, a well-known local owner.

“A strong tenant roster along with its sought after location, steps from Harvard Square, made this an extremely desirable asset,” said Tito. “Retail in Cambridge has always been a desirable product type, coupled with the long-term tenancy and onsite parking, 135-149 Huron Ave. was extremely well received in the investor community, and generated a lot of interest.”
