Barkin appointed director of architectural practice standards at JCJ Architecture

JCJ Architecture has apppointed David Barkin to director of architectural practice standards, a position created to standardize procedure and ensure consistency of execution across all offices and practice areas.
Barkin joined JCJ in 2006 as a principal in the firm's Hartford office. In this new role, he reports to James LaPosta Jr., JCJ's chief architectural officer, and is responsible for overseeing firm-wide document standards, quality assurance and quality control process and the firm's overall approach to sustainable design.
"I'm honored to be given this new role at JCJ and look forward to helping create a series of standardized solutions that touch all our offices and staff," said Barkin.
