Vidal/Wettenstein sells 6,421 s/f for $800,000
The medical space formerly owned and occupied by Fairfield County Imaging at 115 Technology Dr., has been sold. The medical space is 6,421 s/f and is located on the main level of the multi-tenant commercial condominium.
The sales price was $800,000 or $124.59 per s/f. Robert Von Ancken and a medical practice presently located in Connecticut were the purchasers. The space will be completely retro-fitted to accommodate the practice, with approximately 2,000 s/f available for lease.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein was the listing broker and represented the purchaser. Counsel for the seller was John Del Negro, and for the purchaser, Peter Gelderman of Quatrella & Rizio, Fairfield.
