Tom Barry, Charles Francis and Mike Wall of CB Richard Ellis brokered the transaction. Sheldon Rodman of Rodman Real Estate co-brokered the sale. Alan Shine, receiver of Paramount Cards, Inc. sold the properties to Urban Smart Growth, LLC.
