Patten, Starita and Halloran of Lincoln complete $850,000 sale
Ellison Patten, Gian Starita, and Ned Halloran of Lincoln Property Co. sold Bellingham Self Storage. Lincoln represented the seller, 16 William Way Realty Trust, and procured the buyer, Bill Winiker. The sale price was $850,000.
Bellingham Self Storage consists of 88 storage units on 1.05 acres. The storage units are located in 3 buildings that were constructed in 2003.
