Breuer & Co. moved into its new space within six weeks of signing its lease. The interior architect is Studio Troika of Malden, and the contractor is Majestic Construction, Inc. of North Attleboro. Chip Batchelder of Wyman Street Advisors handled the lease for Hobbs Brook Management. Michael O'Leary of FHO Partners represented Breuer & Co. "We've discovered over time that the facility improvement process is never easy, and the people we work with are just as important as getting the right physical facilities. While our new office space is excellent, we have been even more pleased with Hobbs Brook Management and the fit-out team who 'did the right things right the first time'," said Tom Breuer, president of the firm. "The team approached our project with creative ideas, met an incredibly tight schedule, and gave us everything we asked for without question or concern, being remarkably responsive, accommodating, and pleasant to work with. There aren't many vendors I can recommend without reservation, but Hobbs Brook Management is high on that short list."
