According to Hobbs Brook Management LLC, Compuware has relocated to 68,145 s/f of office space at 404 Wyman St. The move consolidates the company's former offices at 10 Maguire Rd. in Lexington and 400 Totten Pond Rd. in Waltham.
404 Wyman St. is a four-story, 449,000 s/f building in Hobbs Brook Office Park. Recently renovated, it offers tenants a connection to the outdoor environment through rooftop terraces and open atria with skylights. Other new finishes include wood paneling and a granite lobby.
