Garrett Larivee, vice president of McCall & Almy, represented One Fund. "From its formation, One Fund Boston has been overwhelmed by the generous support of the Boston business community in helping the survivors and their families in any way possible," said One Fund treasurer Mike Sheehan. "We are exceptionally thankful to Equus Partners and McCall & Almy for reaching out to us and offering us this wonderful location as a new headquarters." Equus vice president Michael Rota said,"The One Fund Boston represents so much of what the city of Boston stands for. Equus is proud to support what has truly become an international cause. We wish all the best for the victims and families of this horrific tragedy as they continue on their path to recovery." A classic yet contemporary office building, 18 Tremont St. has a distinctive canopy entrance and renovated lobby. A common conference center off the main lobby includes seating for up to 20 people. The building also features men's and women's locker rooms, bicycle racks, on-site property management and engineers.
