Bates of The Simon Companies to be installed as ARM during IREM event

Quincy, MA Emilyanne Bates of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, will be installed as an ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) of the Institute of Real Estate Management during the May 21st IREM Boston Annual Wine Dinner, Installation of New Members and Networking Event at Granite Links Ballroom.

Bates is the property manager at River Run Apartments in Dalton, Mass., a Simons Companies community. 

The ARM residential property management certification teaches early-career real estate managers the core competencies to manage residential properties successfully. As such the ARM designation is widely recognized in the residential property management industry with recipients noted for demonstrating excellence in residential property management.

“It’s a pleasure to announce Emilyanne’s achievement,” said Anthony Susi, 2025 president of IREM Boston and director of property management for The Simon Companies. “The ARM certification is a prestigious credential in the property management industry, and earning it marks a significant professional achievement.”
