Bauer and Nessel of The Business Exchange complete sale of a restaurant in Woods Hole

71 Water Street - Woods Hole, MA

Woods Hole, MA Adam Bauer and John Nessel of The Business Exchange exclusively arranged the sale of 71 Water St. Previously owned by Irie Realty Trust, the seasonal 80+ seat waterfront restaurant was sold to Brayden Realty Trust. The sale price was not disclosed.

The restaurant sits on .048 acres, and offers 1,877 s/f of interior space plus 517 s/f of outside seating totaling 2,374 s/f of dining space.
