Atlantic Commercial Real Estate brokers $485,000 ind’l. condo. sale

14 Perry Drive - Foxborough, MA

Foxborough, MA Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC has brokered the $485,000 sale of 14 Perry Dr., Unit B, one of four industrial condominiums located in the Ganawatte Place Business Condominiums Industrial Facility. The facility features parking, drive in bays, loading dock, high stud height, finished office spaces and mezzanine storage. 

The Atlantic Commercial brokerage team of James and Mark Kearins represented the seller, Battic Door Energy Conservation and procured the buyer, Green Tec Auto.

“With record low interest rates, scarce supply and rising industrial rental rates, our qualified buyers remain eager to purchase their own properties during the ongoing pandemic” said  Kearins.
