Scituate, MA Adam Bauer of Ellis Realty Advisors and The Business Exchange completed the sale of 116-118 Front St.
Bauer exclusively arranged the sale to the buyer 116-118 Front Street Realty LLC.
The 3,300 s/f single tenant restaurant property was sold for $930,000.
