Conrad and McEvoy of Conrad Group handle $2.19 million purchase

45 Reservoir Park Drive - Rockland, MA

Rockland, MA The Conrad Group negotiated the sale of 45 Reservoir Park Dr., a 29,000 s/f block building on 2.68 acres. With access via Exit 14 off of Rte. 3, the building will serve as a second location for Triple G Scaffolding Services. 

Jim McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group, said, “After a lengthy search, including the evaluation of several land sites, 45 Reservoir was selected by the team at Triple G due to its quality of construction, flexibility of dock high and drive-in loading and proximity to the buyer’s headquarters in Norwell.”

According to the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds the sale price was $2.19 million. McEvoy and Bob Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, exclusively represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Rader Properties.
