Adam Bauer, principal of TBX exclusively handled the lease representing the lessor Sofiana Realty Trust. The former site of Luxury Selections will now be operated as 3a Auto Mall. The 40,000 s/f lot and 2,000 s/f showroom offer an ideal site for a local operator to continue to grow. This is the south shore's newest pre-owned vehicle center with an emphasis on 100% credit approval.
