According to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the real estate firm Harper, Ramos & Sheridan has joined the company's Barrington office, serving Barrington and the surrounding communities in the East Bay region of Rhode Island.
David Josephson, the broker owner, and Karen Ramos Chapman, one of the founding partners of Harper, Ramos & Sheridan, along with 8 sales associates, will join the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office located at 280 County Rd. in a sales capacity. The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office will continue to be managed by Wendy Wagenbach.
Established in 1990, Harper, Ramos & Sheridan has served homebuyers and sellers in Rhode Island's East Bay, as well as Providence, locations around the West Bay, and communities in southern Massachusetts.
