Bauer of Weichert Dunhill Commercial brokers $637,969 sale for buyer and seller

Adam Bauer of Weichert Dunhill Commercial brokered the sale of the 6,577 s/f investment property located at 599 Main St. The property has been considered a landmark in town for years and features two apartments, five retail units and 144 seat restaurant with 1,800 s/f dining patio/bar underneath a 150 year old Beech Tree. Bauer represented both the buyer Beech Tree Alley LLC and the seller Raposo Realty Trust. The new buyers plan on a substantial revitalization and rehabilitation project at this site. Their intentions are to revive the downtown landmark into a thriving shopping and dining area. Retail space will be available immediately. The sale price was $637,969 based on $97 price per s/f.
