Beal and Gifford of Perry Brokerage extend Goody Clancy’s 23,241 s/f lease at the Berkeley at 420 Boylston Street

Boston, MA According to Perry Brokerage, the architecture, planning, and preservation firm Goody Clancy, extended their lease for 23,241 s/f at the Berkeley at 420 Boylston St. Rich Beal and Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage represented the landlord A.W. Perry and Chris Cuddy of CBRE/New England represented the tenant.

“We are very pleased to extend our relationship with Goody Clancy,” said Kerri Gallaway, vice president and property manager of A.W. Perry.   “It is our pleasure having their team with us at the Berkeley at 420 Boylston.”

“Since becoming a tenant 10 years ago, Goody Clancy has been pleased with the service A.W. Perry provides,” says David Spillane, president of Goody Clancy, “We have found that they maintain the building very well, and are particularly attentive when it comes to the common areas and public spaces.  We’re delighted to be continuing our relationship with them for the next 10 years.”

The Berkeley at 420 Boylston St. is owned and managed by A.W. Perry. The building features a six story atrium, lobby and windows with views of Berkeley and Boylston Sts.
