Sower, Price and Collins join Colliers International, Boston

Boston, MA The investment team of Christopher Sower, Jennifer Price and Maggie Collins have joined Colliers International, Boston.
Sower has closed $5.25 billion in multifamily sales volume representing 35,603 apartment units over his 15 year real estate career. Sower, senior vice president, previously led the multifamily sales team as managing director at Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) for 5 years. Prior to BRA, he spent 5 years at Cushman & Wakefield and three years at CBRE. Sower is a graduate of Syracuse University.
Price, assistant vice president, has worked with Sower at BRA for the past two years and prior to that was an asset management analyst at AEW. Price is a 2011 graduate of Lehigh University.
Collins, marketing associate, joined BRA in 2015 and prior to that spent three years at the Greater Boston Real Estate Board as a senior membership and events coordinator. She is a 2012 graduate of the University of Connecticut.
