According to Perry Brokerage Associates (PBA), The Boston Foundation recently signed a lease for 8,412 s/f of office space at the Berkeley at 420 Boylston St., bringing occupancy to 100%. Rich Beal of PBA represented the owner, A.W. Perry and Garrett Larivee and Dave Richardson of McCall & Almy represented The Boston Foundation.
The Boston Foundation with offices at 75 Arlington St. will be expanding its office operations to the Berkeley to accommodate growth and additional staff from its recent merger with The Philanthropic Initiative (TPI).
"We are very pleased to welcome The Boston Foundation to The Berkeley at 420 Boylston and to reestablish our relationship with the team from TPI who were former tenants of A.W. Perry at 77 Franklin St.," said Kerri Gallaway vice president and property manager of A.W. Perry.
