Beal of Perry Brokerage Associates handles $160,000 office condo sale

Perry Brokerage Associates (PBA) have facilitated the sale of an office condominium at Webster Place, a nine unit professional office development located at Assinippi Corner at the intersection of Rtes. 123 and 53. Richard Beal of PBA represented the seller, Neweb Realty Trust, in the sale of the 1,220 s/f Unit 9. Paul Cottone of The Cottone Company Real Estate acted on behalf of the buyer, Patricia G. Cobb, CPA. "Webster Place provides a conveniently located, well maintained professional office environment ideally suited for the small business user," remarked Beal. Unit 9 conveyed on October 3rd for $160,000.
