Klemmer and Brodigan of NAI Hunneman broker 18,227 s/f lease

NAI Hunneman recently brokered an 18,227 s/f lease at 152 Conant St. with Partners Healthcare at Home. Greg Klemmer, executive vice president/principal, and Tim Brodigan, vice president, of NAI Hunneman negotiated on behalf of landlord, The Connolly Partnership, while the tenant was represented by Julie Gray at McCall & Almy. "152 Conant St., along with 138 Conant, are now fully occupied buildings in a soft office market because they provide tenants with first-class office space, hands-on ownership and a visible and easily accessible location on Rte. 128 North," said Klemmer.
