Bean Group names Javakhyan managing director

Portsmouth, NH Bean Group has named Svetlana Javakhyan as its new regional managing director of Massachusetts. Javakhyan will be in charge of managing Bean Group’s expansion in Massachusetts, said Andrew Werry, COO of Bean Group. “Svetlana’s comprehensive understanding of both real estate brokerage and the dynamics of the market will greatly benefit Bean Group, our agents, and our clients.” Javakhyan brings a strong real estate resume to her newest role. Prior to joining Bean Group, she was a managing broker for Century 21, franchise/strategic growth consultant for RE/MAX of New England, and held a similar role with Keller Williams Coastal Realty in Portsmouth, N.H. She was also co-owner of a Weichert Realtors franchise in the Greater Boston area. Javakhyan’s work and reputation earned her recognition from The Warren Group as a Banker & Tradesman winner of the “Women of FIRE” (Finance, Insurance and Real Estate), an “Emerging Leader” in the Boston Business Journal, and one of the most talented up-and-coming real estate agents by the Boston Globe. Javakhyan is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, a New Home Specialist, and a former member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. In addition to their most recent hire, Bean Group continues its growth across four states and will unveil their newly-constructed headquarters at 1150 Sagamore Ave. this spring.
