Rohrer of Colliers International sells 75,288 s/f manufacturing building at Sagamore Industrial Park for $3.99 million

Hudson, NH Colliers International sold a 75,288 s/f manufacturing building on 7.31 acres in Sagamore Industrial Park at 20 Executive Dr. Robert Rohrer, of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the seller, JTT Associates and procured the buyer, Innovative Associates LLC.

A company affiliated with the buyer, INNOVATIVE Products & Equipment, Inc. will be relocating from Tyngsboro, Mass., and occupying 32,000 s/f at the facility.  The balance is occupied by Vaupell, Inc. of Seattle, on a long-term lease.

INNOVATIVE relocated to New Hampshire to support its continued growth. The company will be bringing 40+ jobs to Hudson, with plans to expand in the coming years. INNOVATIVE partnered with the NH Business Finance Authority to secure part of the financing for its acquisition and growth via its Tax-Exempt Industrial Development Bond Program.

According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $3,999,999.
