Becker and Sutton of NAI Hunneman arrange 3,200 s/f lease to Prudential Insurance Co. at One International Place

NAI Hunneman recently brokered a 3,200 s/f lease to the Prudential Insurance Company of America at One International Place. NAI Hunneman brokers Jeff Becker, senior vice president and Ben Sutton, senior associate, represented Prudential Insurance in the lease. Jim Brady of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the negotiation. Prudential Insurance will occupy space on the 7th floor of One International Place. Located in the city's Financial District, One International Place is a 46-story skyscraper and one of the Boston's skyline's signature landmarks. "Representing one of America's most recognizable companies, Prudential Insurance, in its lease of space at one of Downtown Boston's most visible office buildings, One International Place, is the very definition of a high-profile deal," said Becker. "Ben Sutton and I were very pleased to be able to help Prudential secure premium space at this terrific location."
