Beland of Apex Properties reps CELLTREAT in 3,400 s/f lease

According to Apex Properties the relocation and expansion of CELLTREAT Scientific Products corporate headquarters has been completed. CELLTREAT Scientific Products, LLC, owned by Richard Happell and Gerald Stone will be relocating their business from their existing facility in Fitchburg. The tenant, represented by Rob Beland of Apex Properties leased the space at Phoenix Park to house the company's corporate offices as well as their main warehouse center. Phoenix Park, located at 2 Shaker Rd. is a 325,000 s/f revitalized and renovated mill complex on fifty-six acres of land with a mix of office, R & D and manufacturing businesses. The park is close to Rte. 2. s of the park include energy-efficient, modern HVAC and lighting, on-site maintenance and management staff, and common area conference room, lunch room, and fitness center.
