Equity Office Properties hired Britton Derkac to the Equity Office team as leasing manager. ?In his new role, Derkac will be a part of the leasing team focusing on the Downtown Boston, Cambridge and suburban markets.

Prior to joining Equity Office, Derkac worked for CB Richard Ellis on their western suburban brokerage team and was recognized as the CB Richard Ellis - New England Rookie of the Year in 2007. A graduate of Brown University, with honors, he is a former member of the Boston Cannons.
