Bellard of Colonial Properties facilitates
two leases totaling 9,156 s/f

Orange, CT Colonial Properties, Inc., has completed the following transactions completed by Gary Bellard.

Bellard, broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., represented the landlord, Khiman and Vandana Pursnani, in the leasing of a 4,156 s/f retail building on 1.06 +/- acres located at 175 Boston Post Rd., previously the location of TD Bank, to Southern CT Wellness 7 Healing, LLC for a five-year lease term and expects to open this fall. The tenant was represented by Jon Angel with Angel Commercial.

Bellard also represented the landlord, Leveraged Equities, LLC in the leasing of 5,000 s/f of retail space located at 464 Boston Post Rd., formerly the location of Prime 16, to Sayori Restaurant for a five-year lease term and expects to open in September. The tenant was represented by Caroline Chao with Calgagni Real Estate.
