Bellman joins SIKON Construction Services

According to James Wakim, president and chief operating officer of The Simon Konover Company, Danny Bellman has joined SIKON Construction Services, LLC. As senior vice president and director of construction services, Bellman will oversee construction operations and management services related to new construction, renovation and tenant build-out projects at properties owned and managed by The Simon Konover Company as well as for third party property owners. "Dan's multi-faceted construction background is ideally suited for the breadth of services provided by SIKON Construction," said Wakim.
