Fugitt of Vidal/Wettenstein leases 4,080 s/f at 120 Post Road West

David Fugitt, SIOR, a partner at Vidal/Wettenstein Commercial Real Estate has leased 4,080 s/f of office space at 120 Post Road West to Horizons National Student Enrichment Program. The charitable organization will be moving into their new space in September. Horizons National is a network of high-quality academic enrichment programs serving low income public school students on campuses of independent schools and colleges across the country. Nicholas Campofranco of Stone Hill Farm Investments, Inc. represented the tenant and David Fugitt represented the owner Old Hill Offices, LLC.
