Marlborough, MA Curadel, LLC, a privately owned research and development lab, recently secured 10,565 s/f of first class lab and office space. Curadel is the second pharma company to relocate to the Marlborough Technology Center, which is located at 257 Simarano Dr., from Worcester. Joseph Belsito and Eric O’Brien of O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the landlord.
